Stephen Jackson is the head wrestling coach at Knoxville Catholic High School and a proud father of twins, Hadley and Hayes. His wife, Brooke Jackson, serves as the head volleyball coach at Christian Academy of Knoxville, making athletics a true family calling.
Stephen entered the Medicare industry four years ago as a marketer for a national Field Marketing Organization (FMO). Through dedication, leadership, and a passion for mentorship, he quickly advanced to become a Regional Sales Development Manager. Penny Mayo has been a licensed agent for three years. She also has over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations which includes 15 years in the medical billing industry. With this experience, she is able to help individuals navigate through Medicare in finding the best plan to fit their needs as well as a resource through the medical billing process.
Along with educating individuals through the avenues of Medicare, she also enjoys community outreach and volunteering for local organizations and communities. The highlight of her day is seeing the faces light up when individuals receive game prizes of day to day essentials they may need.
Born and raised in East Tennessee, she bleeds orange and cheers for the Vols! Being a proud mother of a set of twin, identical girls, she is very excited for their new journey as they begin college this year.
